Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
